Splinter Cell Chaos Theory - Game of the Week

Rating:
Publisher: Out Now. Ubisoft.

WHAT'S THE STORY? Twist-heavy espionage spy stuff with cheesy, over-complicated plotline. Travel the world and infiltrate 'impenetrable' complexes, using the biggest arsenal of spy gadgetry seen since Q hit a drug-induced purple patch.

TECHNICALLY SPEAKING: A slowish but brilliantly designed stealth thriller with a fair chunk of in-game freedom. Great multiplayer too.

PLAYS LIKE? Splinter Cell. Metal Gear Solid. Hide-and-seek.

WHO FOR? Spies. Patient people. Knife fetishists.

FREEBIES: Grab yourself one of 10 absolutely free Xbox games we have to give away. Just email your details to webmaster.maxim@dennis.co.uk and we'll enter you into the draw. Closing date: 7th April 2005
