WHAT'S THE STORY? Tonight you're going to party like it's 1978. A belated 25th anniversary celebration of the game that kick-started the whole thing, this features nine different versions of the arcade classic, including table-top, the 'vanilla' stand-up affair and even an ill-advised all-new 3D mode. Complete with the chilling music that haunted a generation.

TECHNICALLY SPEAKING? Comprehensive alien invasion nostalgia-fest.

PLAYS LIKE? Space Invaders, on your telly.

WORTH STAYING IN FOR? Still infuriatingly addictive, and able to illicit foul language like no other.
