NBA JAM 2004

Rating:
Publisher: Acclaim
Acclaim's Jam basketball brand used to be the Kobe Bryant of console hoop-shooting. In fact, the combination of flawless basketball gameplay and 'bonkers' special attacks and moves, not to mention bizarre bighead modes and the like, made the series a winner. So it's no surprise NBA Jam has been dusted off and spruced up for 2004. Played entirely on the court, this should appeal to basketball purists and arcade action fans alike. There are historical players from the '50s to the '90s to play as, along with Create-A-Player modes and three-on-three multiplayer action. NBA Jam is looking like being the last word for basketball fans hungry for court-based action.
