Um, well it seems to have dinosaurs and flying jellyfish but they're actually aliens, and it's got some killer spaceships whizzing about, too, and a paradisical tropic that looks like King Kong's natural tan-topping sojourn, but it's actually some weird planet called Pandora, so isn't actually on earth at all, then.
Good that clears that one up, then.
Welcome to the billion-pound-budget imagination of James Cameron. His new Xmas-bound movie and game (apparently being worked on in cohesion), sees an epic struggle - what else? - between Pandora's inhabitants and a space-faring consortium in search for resources.
In his game you can play as either side, customise shedloads of weapons and ride animals that were possibly created by boundary-defying minds spangled out on exotic pharmaceuticals - such as legal plantfood.
That is all. Now please run along and enjoy the DEVELOPER DIARY in the video player above. (Click on the top-right link).
