The DS hardly has any adult first-person shooters, so this gore-laden chiller is appealing purely by default. Unfolding in miserable near-darkness, the game sees you tiptoeing around a grotty, dank hospital, battling sicko monsters and solving puzzles. It handles superbly, but a dated level design is its downer.
