What's it about? In 1860s New York, Amsterdam Vallon (Leonardo Dicaprio) returns to the slum area he grew up in to avenge the death of his dad.
Any good? Daniel Day Lewis's turn as a twisted gang leader is the clear highlight of this enjoyable historical epic.

Look out for: Cameron Diaz out of her depth as Dicaprio's love interest.

Extras: Loads over two discs, many focusing on the fascinating history behind the film.
