My Little Eye Rating: Starring: Jennifer Sky, Sean Cw Johnson, Laura Regan UK Certificate: 18
What's it about? Big Brother meets The Blair Witch Project in a tension-packed chiller that takes the 'Reality TV' craze and gives it a murderous twist.
What's it really about? Jennifer Sky - who appears, sans clothes, in this month's Maxim - is one of five contestants who have been chosen to spend six months in a camera-packed mansion, competing in what they assume is a Big Brother-style game show. If they all make it to the end they win million; if any of them leave, it's game over. With the prize money and freedom in sight, things take a nasty turn for the worse.
Any extras? The second disc serves up the usual deleted scenes, 'Making Of...' documentary, trailers and gallery, but it's disc 1's 'interactive mode' that proves to be the big selling point here. This option enables you to opt in and out of the film itself to access a host of extra scenes, alternative camera angles and archive material on the contestants. The thing is, and this is the clever bit, these extras exist in 'real time', meaning you can only get at them at the relevant point in the film. A true innovation that makes My Little Eye an unmissable treat.
