After 'branching out' with a host of more serious efforts, Jim Carrey is back pulling the sort of comic faces that made him famous in the first place. Yes Man sees him as a dead-end loner, who kick-starts his life by agreeing to say 'yes' to everything. Cue a bunch of comic scenarios (getting up close to his randy elderly neighbour, for instance), with some decent performances, especially Terence Stamp's hilarious self-help guru.
