Splitting the Maxim office down the middle, half of us thought this was amazing; the others were disappointed and a touch distracted. Either way this film version of Robert Saviano's fantastic book Gomorrah: Italy's Other Mafia is well worth a look, its fragmented plotlines delving into the violent, corrupt world of the Camorra - the mobsters terrorising Northern Italy. Gritty, powerful and superbly acted by The Godfather? Not quite.
